Ingredients
- 2 large fresh Artisan Organic peaches (peeled, pitted and sliced)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (about the amount from 1/2 a lemon)
- 1 cup plain (or vanilla yogurt)
- 1/4 cup milk
- A small handful of ice cubes
Great way to start your day! Add a scoop of protein to make this peach smoothie extra healthy.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.
- Adding the vanilla yogurt instead of the plain will make the smoothie sweeter – adjust the sugar as needed.
- Serve in a tall glass.
