Ingredients
- 2 cup vanilla ice cream
- 4 fresh Artisan Organic peaches (peeled and sliced)
- 4 tbsp raspberry jam
This recipe is a surefire way to get your kids to eat their fresh fruit.
Instructions
- Divide the vanilla ice cream into four serving dishes.
- Top with sliced peaches.
- Microwave the jam for just a few seconds (about 15 – 20) to warm it slightly, and drizzle one tablespoon onto each dish of peaches and ice cream.
- Serve immediately.
