- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 cup lightly toasted, chopped walnuts

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine apples through cranberries.
